Jason has spent more than 20 years in electronics manufacturing across technical sales, engineering, NPI, estimating, ERP/MRP systems, supply chain, compliance, and operational leadership.

A mechanical engineer by education, Jason began his career in outside technical sales with CAMtek, helping grow the company's aerospace and defense customer base throughout the Midwest. He later transitioned into NPI engineering and ultimately became Engineering Manager, with responsibility spanning NPI, estimating, purchasing, ERP/MRP systems, sales support, and compliance.

During a major period of growth, Jason also helped CAMtek move from a roughly 20,000-square-foot facility into a 225,000-square-foot building, contributing to manufacturing layout, IT infrastructure, and the implementation of a poured ESD flooring system.

Jason's background includes extensive experience supporting complex aerospace and defense electronics programs.

When L3Harris Space & Sensors needed to transition more than 250 complex circuit card assemblies after an incumbent supplier closed, Jason led a small team that took on the quoting and NPI effort required to bring the work onboard. At the same time, his organization was routinely processing approximately 200–250 unique assembly quotations per month.

He also played an important role in developing risk methodologies, operating controls, and metrics that supported CAMtek's successful AS9100 implementation.

A defining strength throughout Jason's career has been his ability to understand how manufacturing data, systems, and processes connect across an organization.

He has deep experience with ERP/MRP architecture, demand signals, purchasing logic, estimating, production data, supplier information, and executive reporting—and understands how those elements function specifically within an electronics manufacturing environment.

As Director of Supply Chain at The Morey Corporation, Jason helped develop reporting, dashboards, automation, and Power BI solutions across supply chain and manufacturing operations. His work included connecting supplier inventory data to internal MRP demand, supporting exception-based purchasing and automated PO generation, analyzing tariff and country-of-origin exposure, and developing methods to trend production defects toward potential process causes.

His focus has always been the same: turning existing manufacturing data into information people can actually use to make better decisions.

Jason's experience spans high-mix, low-to-medium-volume electronics manufacturing as well as higher-volume automotive electronics, with particularly deep exposure to aerospace, defense, space, industrial electronics, and complex circuit card assemblies.

His background allows him to work comfortably across engineering, quoting, supply chain, manufacturing, ERP/MRP systems, customer relationships, and executive decision-making.
