 TintedSun is seeking to form a strategic partnership with a U.S.-based plastics manufacturer or injection molder capable of supporting high-reliability, engineered thermoplastic components for electronics, aerospace, defense, and industrial applications. Our customers require precise, durable, and cosmetically critical molded parts—ranging from enclosures and housings to overmolded assemblies integrated with PCBs, harnesses, and mechanical systems.

Our ideal partner is an AS9100 or ISO 9001-certified injection molder with experience in two-shot molding, insert molding, and complex overmold applications. We’re particularly interested in suppliers offering DFM collaboration, tooling management, and quick-turn prototyping to support customers from concept through full-scale production.
